Rebecca Reti is a strategy execution consultant based in Brisbane, Australia, working with CEOs, boards and executive teams across Australia and New Zealand. She is the creator of the Strategy Execution by Design Maturity Model, a research-backed diagnostic that assesses the systems and conditions an organisation relies on to deliver its strategy.

Rebecca holds an Executive MBA from Massey University, where her research examined how firms maximise performance through strategy execution. She serves as Secretary on the board of the Change Management Institute and chairs its Finance, Risk and Audit Committee.
