What is strategy and execution consulting?
Strategy and execution consulting focuses on the system that connects strategic direction to organisational delivery. Rather than treating strategy and execution as separate disciplines, it looks at the integrated set of levers that determine whether an organisation can consistently turn intent into outcomes.
