We led a large multi-disciplinary consulting team to design a delivery maturity improvement program applied in real time to active transformation projects, allowing leaders and teams to immediately experience improved alignment and effectiveness. This included:
- Assessing, designing, and uplifting the execution operating model using global best-practice frameworks including P3O, benefits realisation, and change maturity models
- Partnering with the Chief Corporate Services Officer, COO, CDO, and CPO to review governance, delivery structures, and prioritisation frameworks
- Conducting deep-dive reviews on key SaaS projects, then remediating and resetting those projects
- Coaching and mentoring delivery staff
- Assessing PMO, PM, and Change Management capabilities and resetting methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits
