I’ve built my career inside large organisations and as a consultant, leading major transformation programs, reshaping operating models, strengthening governance, maturing delivery capability and driving cultural change across complex environments. This dual perspective gives me a grounded understanding of the pressures leaders face, paired with the external challenge, structure and objectivity needed to help organisations move forward with confidence.

People often describe me as a blend of strategist, operator and coach, someone who sees the broader system, breaks complexity into clear pathways forward and brings a balance of optimism and pragmatism. I connect quickly with people, sharpen thinking and build alignment that enables faster, more deliberate decision-making.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when strategy, systems and people are in sync, organisations unlock performance that’s both repeatable and real. Everything I do is anchored in creating better experiences for employees, customers and leaders.

Originally from New Zealand, I now live in Brisbane with my husband and two young children. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me near the water, listening to music, walking or spending time with family.

- Optimised major project portfolios across multiple organisations, releasing millions in value by removing low-impact initiatives and embedding consistent delivery disciplines, ways of working, and prioritisation systems.

- Recovered and reset a complex $100M+ enterprise technology transformation, establishing clearer governance, stronger program controls, improved change management, and a more robust benefits realisation framework.

- Led strategy-to-execution maturity assessments for large government, professional services, and infrastructure organisations, identifying systemic gaps and designing pathways that strengthened governance, performance systems, and delivery capability.
