I'm Rebecca Reti, a strategy and execution consultant based in Brisbane, Australia.

People often describe my approach as a blend of strategist, operator, and coach. I help leaders step back from the noise, see the broader system around execution, and move forward with clearer priorities and greater confidence.

With more than 20 years of experience across strategy, transformation, and change, I've seen how often well-considered strategies struggle to translate into consistent results. Organisations invest significant time and energy defining direction, yet somewhere between the boardroom and the frontline, momentum stalls.

In most cases, the issue isn't the ambition of the strategy itself. It's the environment around its execution.

That recurring pattern became a defining thread in my career and led me to explore it more deeply through my Executive MBA research into strategy execution. The research reinforced what I had seen in practice: effective execution isn't determined by how compelling a strategy is, but by the broader organisational conditions that shape how it is understood, prioritised, led, and delivered.

Today, I partner with CEOs, and executive teams to reset strategic intent, and strengthen their internal environment in a way that fits their context, helping them build the clarity, alignment, and discipline needed for strategy to deliver results. The goal is not simply better plans, but organisations that can execute with consistency and intent.

My experience spans government, financial services, professional services, energy and resources, transport and logistics, health, disability and aged care, education, and infrastructure. Working across sectors helps me see patterns quickly and bring system-level thinking to complex environments.

Originally from New Zealand, I now live in Brisbane with my husband and two children. Outside of work, you'll usually find me cooking, watching the league, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family and friend
