After finalising its future strategy, the organisation moved quickly into project delivery without a clear view of the desired future-state design. Projects began making independent design decisions, creating duplication, misalignment, and inefficiency across the transformation portfolio.
What We Did
We were brought in as strategic advisors to the CEO and leadership team to re-establish alignment between strategy and execution. We introduced the OKR framework and facilitated the leadership team through translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, key results, and owners, from strategy level right through to project level.
Outcomes
Created shared clarity on overall success measures to inform consistent design decisions across projects. Strengthened accountability for delivery and identification of touchpoints to support project teams.
